Using no.5 needle crochet and 200 grams wool, 20 ply, by the evening I finished this little bed for my cat Smokey. Then from another thread, which mimics the very soft and fine fur, I knitted another piece of the same size, round shape and sew it inside.
I realised it was not quite roomy when the cat wanted to stretch a little, so I started to do another one, an oval shape this time. After two unsuccessful attempts, here's what I did!
I will write the instructions in my blog for later reference,or you might give a go, to crochet this little bed for your cat or dog.
